WaveKit is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Surf forecasts, wave heights, conditions, and WSL event schedules are retrieved from third-party sources and may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or unavailable at any time. Do not rely on WaveKit for safety-critical decisions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jacob Heftmann shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — WaveKit, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss of data. You use WaveKit entirely at your own risk.
WaveKit is an independent, unofficial project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or supported by Surfline, the World Surf League (WSL), or any other organization. Surfline® and WSL® are registered trademarks of their respective owners.
Surf forecast data is fetched from Surfline's API in a manner consistent with ordinary use of their website. WSL Championship Tour schedules are sourced from publicly available information. Neither data source is guaranteed to be accurate or current. Always verify conditions and event dates through official channels before making plans.
The WaveKit source code is released under the MIT License. You are free to use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, and/or sell copies of the software, subject to the following notice:
